Screen Printing

We have one 16 color / 18 station M&R Gauntlett, two 8 color / 10 station M&R Sportsmans, one 8 color / 10 station M&R Diamondback, and one 4 color / 4 station Rapid Tag machine.

Digital Printing

We have one M&R Digital Squeegee. This is a new machine to the industry and is an improved version of Direct To Garment. It allows for full color, extremely detailed, and aggressive pricing.

Embroidery

We have 5 Barudan embroidery machines with 6 heads each for a total of 30. We can embroider up to 14″ wide,  carry a deep inventory of colors, and can produce thousands of garments per day.

With Garment Decor, you can create an account, submit your orders, and track your shipments all in one place. Plus, your account executive and our team is available Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm to answer any questions you may have. We’re sure you’ve been on the receiving end of a price quote that looks like this: 

“For $99.00 we can do 1 color logo and up to 100 pieces.” 

But, there are so many other things that need to be considered when it comes down to how much something will actually cost you. Let’s talk about those other factors and why they matter for your business.

Let’s say you find out later in production that you submitted details incorrectly so therefore additional colors are needed, which means more time (and money) adding up – now the ultimate price is closer to $150-$180! You need a company that actually reviews your orders, because it will save you time, money, and embarrassment with your customers.

We pride ourselves on our 1 on 1 approach to working with customers, thorough 3 step approval process, and dedication to the long term commitment with our wholesale screen printing and embroidery customers.

We are all about providing you with the best customer service possible. We want to make sure that every order is perfect and we can’t do that unless you approve the artwork before it goes into production.

The process of an art approval will be sent via e-mail or text within 24 – 48 hours after your order has been placed. This will include color proofs, placement mock ups, and other necessary information. Once approved, changes cannot be made without additional charges since the machines begin getting set up – so, please take your time to review everything. If this does not work for you then please contact us immediately so we can make arrangements for a different option in regards to approving proofing. Keep in mind you can comment on the artwork approval email and our design team will get an automatic email. 

You may be wondering what the difference is between wholesale and contract screen printing. The main difference is that contract customers buy their own products, ship it to us and we print it and ship it back to them.

Contract printing is very similar to wholesale printing but often has a lower price point because you are buying your own product. We offer both wholesale and contract screen printing at Garment Decor.

Screen Printing Questions

We keep the following ink colors in stock for our wholesale screen printing customers, but can also custom mix PMS colors for a small additional charge. 

These are our standard screen printing locations, but we can always get creative! Feel free to ask us if you’d like a logo printed on a particular place on any garment. We love to get creative!

We use plastisol inks for most customers, but are also capable of using water based inks for 1 – 2 color designs and only on 100% cotton fabrics.

Absolutely! That’s why this machine is so amazing, because you have the ability to combine full color and highly detailed prints with effects such as puff, metallic, glow in the dark, suede, and much more!

Embroidery Questions

Madeira’s high-quality polyester thread is made from a specially developed raw material that eliminates looping and puckering to give you the smooth running, durable threads perfect for any embroidery application. The bright colors are glossy with shine as well resistance against chlorine bleach so they’ll stay vibrant longer.

We can always order custom threads for you for just $75 (large spools) and these will last thousands of garments (highly dependent upon the artwork’s size though).

We have a variety of sizes and styles of hoops from the traditional embroidered clamp to the magnetic hoops to allow for hard to embroider areas such as backpacks and golf bags. 

We also offer tackle twill, chenille patches, and other custom embroidery techniques which can be embroidered at much larger sizes.

Feel free to mix and match different garment styles on the same order with us. Also, you can mix thread and ink colors every 36 garments for added flexibility.

Our easy to understand ordering system allows you to choose different styles of garments within your order, but the design must remain the same for the entire order. This is perfect if you want to order t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, tank tops, and v-necks within the same order. Large and unique screen printing and embroidery orders are no problem with Garment Decor. Click here to view an example of various garments within the same order.

Absolutely! Feel free to order from the major distributors (Sanmar, SS Activewear, and Alphabroder to name a few) and ship to us. We just ask for you to input your order number into their “purchase order” section, so that our receiving team is able to check in the garments to the right order. 

We will verify that the correct quantity, style, and color of garments has arrived so you remain stress-free.

Unlike many printers who execute a quick “printer fold” that often flips around in the mailing package, we take the time to fold each garment with THREE FOLDS each for a tighter, less wrinkled shipping experience. Each order also leaves our building in a new shipping box to insure the integrity of the shipment. Lastly, all our printing orders are shipped UPS Ground as standard, but we can absolutely expedite shipping for you.

M&R’s DS-4000 Digital Squeegee is a game changer in the world of printing. With production rates reaching 400+ prints per hour, this hybrid model bridges between direct to garment (DTG) and screen printing on top synthetic or performance fabrics which can now be done digitally.

With the Digital Squeegee, you can print an eight-to twelve color design in just minutes. With only one set of screens and no need for separations or mixing inks this process is much quicker than traditional methods.

Our typical turnaround is 7 – 10 business days for most projects but can extend to 15 if we add multi-color printed locations, woven labels, and additional fulfillment.
