When will my order ship?
All orders are dependent upon a supply/demand ratio and is dependent upon our seamstresses meeting the daily demand. At this time, all shipping estimates are just estimates and we are working to ship ON TIME though shipments may be delayed. Your order estimate can be found on the invoice that was emailed to you. If you do not have this invoice, please add roughly 7 business days to the date of purchase. This is a good time frame that your order will ship, but please note this does not include transit time.
Can I pick-up my order?
At this time, we are not accepting pick-ups but we are offering free shipping as an alternative. We are working to reduce the foot traffic at our warehouse.
USPS delivered to the wrong address?
Please call USPS and have them re route the package. At this time, once the shipment is in the carrier’s hands, there is not much we can do. We will work to offer support on this once demand decreases, but at this time, we do not have available staff to support this request.

Can I get my order rushed?
Every order is treated as a rush order and for that reason, we can not prioritize certain orders over others.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final: We maintain a firm policy since our employee’s safety is a huge concern for us. Once the masks have been touched, worn, and/or opened, we are unable to accept a return. If the product shipped is defective or not what you ordered then other arrangements may be made.
