Custom Screen Printed Joggers 

We recently had the opportunity to custom screen print joggers for the clothing brand “Dreamboy Clothing Co”. 

We sourced Gildan joggers style 18200 in black and they’re perfect for clothing brands! They have great inventory levels, are unisex, are affordable, and come in a variety of colors. We purchase the joggers at wholesale prices from distributors such as Alphabroder, Sanmar, SS Activewear, and in downtown Los Angeles. 

Once the Gildan joggers arrive to us as blank then we get to work by adding the decoration. For this project, our customer asked us to print across the front area which presented a few challenges. 

The first challenge is that the front area has a seam that distorts the print. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do since it’s just part of the garment. The good thing is that you can’t really notice it since the design has a distressed appearance to it. This “hides” the fact that the print is uneven. 

Other then that, we were able to take our customer’s artwork and screen print it beautifully on these joggers. We’re experts in apparel decoration, after all.

To really top it off, we also screen printed custom tags to give it a retail ready presentation. In the photos you’ll see the tags and that they’re gray. This is the normal color that we use when decorating tags since it does not bleed through the fabric and is visible across a wide range of garment colors.
