Our Embroidery Service Process


Step 1

A customer submits a design. We take that design, clean it up, and figure out the best way to embroider it onto their custom polo shirts, hats, towels, or other apparel.


Step 2

We'll send you a quote with your project details spelled out including size of artwork, thread color, and placement. We’ll send you a digital mock-up (a proof, for short) and ask that you approve it before printing begins.


Step 3

We send the design off to our embroidery team, who quickly and carefully hoops and sews the logo onto the customer’s products.


Step 4

Each individual piece goes through a quality assurance process, wherein additional fabric or stitches are trimmed and cleaned up, and every piece is checked, and then re-checked, to ensure complete and total accuracy. 


Step 5

We ship the order right to the customer’s door, but not before we provide them with a UPS tracking number and guaranteed delivery date. 


Step 6

The customer receives their beautiful embroidered goods, falls in love with them, shows them off to everyone they know, and posts nice things about us on Yelp, Facebook, Twitter and Google… Or just shouts it from their rooftop.


Step 7

When in need of a re-order, simply e-mail us your previous order number and we'll get the ball rolling again on your new merchandise!

What is the average turnaround time for embroidered apparel?Our average turn around time is 7-10 business days and we offer rush services in as little as 3-5 business days.

What kind of thread do you use?We use premium quality threads that are 100% polyester that are vibrant in color, reliable in quality, and extensive in color selection. 

How big can my design be?We use the highest quality plastisol inks available. We prefer plastisol inks because they’re exceptionally versatile and very rarely need any kind of adjustments, they do not dry unless properly cured, and they’re very durable. Using plastisol ensures that your shirts will last for years of continued wear and wash.

Does Garment Decor Tees offer tackle twill?Absolutely not! The high quality inks we use, mixed with our time-tested screen printing and drying processes, means your shirts will stand up to the tests of time.

How do I know you will deliver them on time?The answer to this question is yes – always. Our superior attention to detail and stringent quality standards are two of the most important components of our business. We’d be willing to bet we have a better eye than our competitors when it comes to overall quality because we staff some of the country’s best screen printers. Every job is completed correctly and as efficiently as possible. But above all, we are confident the end product will be 100 percent satisfactory.
