We start by sourcing the perfect hat for your brand. For this project, we chose the Decky style 6032, which is also known as the “5 Panel High Profile Relaxed Cotton/Poly Blend Rope Hat”. These hats are available in a variety of colors and have great inventory levels.

The Classic Rope Cap is an unconstructed 5 panel cap. featuring a flip-up buckram, braid at the base of the crown and a retro flat bill style. It has an integrated cotton sweatband, ventilation eyelets and is finished with a plastic snap closure for a perfect fit.

Once we have the hats, we begin the puff embroidery process. Our puff embroidery is 3mm to 6mm thick, so it can really make your artwork pop. We always provide a free sample before production to ensure your order comes out exactly as expected.Â
Once you approve the sample then we begin production. Our usual turnaround is between 8 to 10 business days but we do offer rush screen printing and embroidery services!
