    Decide between flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, patch embroidery, or a combination to make your trucker caps. 

    2) Provide High-Quality Artwork

    Submit your design in a vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-quality 300 DPI PNG or JPEG files and mockups if possible.

    3) Consider Placement and Sizing

    Let us know where you'd like your artwork embroidered such as the front panel, side panel, or back. Sending mockups is ideal.

    How does pricing work?

    Pricing is based on how many stitches your logo has, the order's quantity, the brand/style of the trucker hat, and how many locations we are embroidering on the truckers.

    We offer price breaks, so the more you order the more affordable each hat becomes. 

    Stitch Count Estimator:

    1. Text Based: 0 to 2,500 stitches: Designs containing text only.
    2. Logos: 2,500 to 5,000 stitches:  Artwork that typically has 1-4 colors with limited detail.
    3. Detailed Artwork: 5,000 to 7,500 stitches: Artwork that has moderate to complex details.
    4. Backgrounds: 7,500-10,000+ stitches: Designs that require the logo to have a patch like background to it and are typically larger than 4" x 4". 

    Our minimum order is 50 units with price breaks at 75, 100, 250, 500, 1,000+ and for orders larger we create a custom trucker cap quote.

    What is your turn around time?

    Our standard turn around time is 7 to 10 business days (2 weeks). But, we'll always work to meet your due date, so please let us know when you need it.

    We offer 24-hour rush custom trucker cap service, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need your order completed tomorrow.

    Please note, projects that contain multiple designs, retail finish service, and contain complex artwork may take additional time. 

    What is the difference between 6 and 5 panel trucker hats?

    6 panel trucker hats have a center seam and 5 panel trucker hats do not. 

    Can I supply my own trucker hats?

    Absolutely. 

    Keep in mind we may be able to save you money by supplying trucker hats at wholesale, so please contact us before you purchase to see where the most savings are.

    Absolutely. 

    We always produce a sample before production and do not move forward until you approve.
