What do I need to place an order?

Clothing brands requesting to work with Garment Decor must prepare a tech pack in order for us to understand your vision. We provide you with the tools, files, and education to do this effortlessly.

After You Order

Day 1-4

Artwork Approval Process

We prep your art for production and send it to you for approval.

Our team of designers will prepare your file for production. This includes converting your file into stitch format for embroidery or vector format for screen printing.

Receive Garments

We process and count all the garments in your order.

This is part of the process where we dot our i's and cross our t's to ensure all of the garments you have ordered are ready for production.

Day 5-7

Ready for Production

Your order is ready to start and placed on our production calendar.

Once your artwork has been approved and t shirts counted, our production coordinator schedules your job.

Day 8-11

Sample Before Production

We send you a picture of the first item before we start production. 

Because it is in our best interest to make sure you are getting exactly what you wanted and expected. This sample photo will come in the form of a text message to the number we have on file for you.

Production Starts

Our team of experts begin making your design and products. 

This takes from 1-3 days depending on the size of your order.

Quality Control

No stone goes unturned with each product being inspected before shipping. 

Our quality team reviews each garment as they are being made and double checks it to make sure it matches your artwork approval.

Day 12-15

Packaging & Labeling

We add the final touches to include neck labels, folding, and bagging.

This is an add-on service that can be added to any order. Please speak to a sales rep to inquire about including this on your next order.

Shipping & Handling

Boxing up your order is the last thing we do after double-counting.

Whether you are picking up your order or we're shipping to your place of business, your logistics are always handled by Garment Decor.
