This technique is the traditional method and the one you commonly see on any embroidered garment. It consists of run stitches that "fill in" the parts of a design and then typically the border is created using a satin stitch. A design may use a 100% satin stitch if it's text based such as the tan/brown hat to the left and then a combination of the two such as the black hat on the right. Our digitizing process is shown further down the page and is the stage at which we determine the combination of stitches to use. If you prefer a particular style then please let us know.
3D puff embroidery, also known as raised or foam embroidery, adds a dimensional effect to the embroidered design. This is created by laying a piece of foam under the threads, so the machine will cover it as it moves through production. Once the embroidery is complete, the excess foam is removed and what's left is the 3D puff appearance. It then goes through cleaning, so this technique is a bit more expensive due to the extra labor required. This technique is most popular on hats, but we can place it on nearly dense fabric from jackets to bags and more.
Embroidered patches are created by embroidering a design onto a piece of fabric and then cutting it into shape. The patch can then be attached to any garment using sewing, iron-on adhesive, or Velcro. There are different types of patch techniques, but the most popular are woven, sublimated, and embroidered. The technique you would use depends on your artwork since each technique has its advantages. Please feel free to contact us and our team will help you make the best decision.
Embroidery is known for its professional and premium look on garments. It works great on a variety of fabrics and designs. But, embroidery can be more expensive than other methods, especially for intricate designs and large areas. Also, very fine details and gradients may not translate as well in thread as they would in screen printing. Despite these limitations, embroidery is a great decoration technique for businesses and clothing brands looking to create high quality custom embroidered merchandise.

Custom Puff embroidery, also known as 3D embroidery, brings designs to life by adding a raised appearance to traditional flat embroidery. This effect is created by placing foam beneath the embroidery threads, which "raises" the design off the fabric for a custom 3D Puff embroidery appearance.

We can embroider a variety of garments including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, beanies, jackets, polos, and more.
Our minimum order is just 50 units, but you can mix garment sizes, colors and styles within this.
For example, include blue colored smalls and mediums with yellow larges from t-shirts to hoodies. Or, mix 25 black snapbacks with 25 royal blue snapbacks.
We ask for garment styles to be similar and the setup on the machines to be consistent within an order.
We convert artwork to a digitized file for the embroidery machines by hand, so the quality of the file isn't too important compared to other decoration techniques.
But, the sharper your artwork is then the more accurate our design team will be, so it's important you try to submit artwork in vector (AI, EPS, PDF) or high quality PNG or JPEG (300 DPI).
