Multi-Technique Custom Hoodie Project for Empire Bikes on Independent Trading PRM4500 Hoodies

Recently, we collaborated with Empire Bikes to create 650 custom Independent Trading PRM4500 Unisex Midweight Pigment Dye Hooded Pullovers. This large-scale order used multiple decoration techniques: screen printing on the left chest and sleeve, an embroidered patch on the hood, and a custom woven label at the bottom hem, offering a detailed, high-quality branded product.

The Independent Trading PRM4500 Hoodie is a versatile, midweight hoodie ideal for custom decoration. Its smooth, soft surface and vintage-style color make it an excellent choice for screen printing and embroidery applications.

Screen Printing on the Left Chest and Sleeve

For this project, our team applied a high-quality screen print design on the left chest and down the sleeve. Screen printing is a favored choice for durable, vibrant designs, particularly on midweight garments like the PRM4500. Our state-of-the-art M&R Challenger 3 16/18 automatic screen printing presses allowed us to achieve sharp details and bold colors that maintain their vibrancy through repeated washing.

Embroidered Patch Application on the Hood

For a unique branding touch, we added a custom embroidered patch on the hood. Using our Barudan Embroidery machines, we produced patches with precise stitching and a vibrant finish, making the brand logo stand out. Custom Woven Label on the Bottom Hem
