We used simulated process printing to produce the 8-color design on these shirts, allowing us to replicate photorealistic and high-detail artwork with fewer ink colors. Simulated process printing blends the colors to create smooth transitions, gradients, and shadows, perfect for reproducing complex images on black fabric like the 1801GD t-shirt.

To ensure the highest quality, we printed the jumbo design across the back of the shirts, using our jumbo M&R automatic Challenger 3 16/18 screen printing presses and high mesh count screens to maintain sharpness and clarity in every layer of ink. Custom Neck Tags & Retail Finishing

As part of our retail finish service, we added custom screen-printed neck tags to each t-shirt, which enhanced the overall premium look and feel. Removing the standard tearaway tags provided a smoother, more comfortable fit, while the printed tags reinforced the brand’s identity.
