Screen Printing

Oversized Screen Prints

Jumbo Screen Printing

Jumbo screen printing is the newest service at Garment Decor and it's best for clothing brands and businesses looking to create eye catching merchandise. We can screen print up to 17” wide by 23” tall on t-shirts to hoodies and more. Also, we can screen print up to 10 colors with along with our 24-hour rush service program.

Multi-Color Designs

Simulated Process Printing

Simulated process printing is a technique that uses layers of halftones to blend multiple ink colors to create the illusion of a wide range of colors. This method is ideal for producing detailed and photorealistic complex graphics with amazing accuracy. We can screen print up to 12 colors and offer accurate Pantone color matching. Our Pantone matching is a key part of this process to ensure blended colors achieve the shades needed for your design. We sample before production to ensure accuracy.

Raised 3D Ink

Puff Screen Printing

Puff screen printing is a popular technique that adds a raised 3D print to your designs. This effect is created by mixing plastisol ink with a puff additive that expands (puffs) when cured at 320 degrees which is similar to how bread rises in the oven. Puff ink can be applied to any color, but we recommend a maximum of 2 colors per location for the best results. We suggest using heavier fabrics like 6oz t-shirts or 10oz hoodies to support the puff effect and ensure a professional appearance.

Soft Water Based Inks

Hybrid Digital Screen Printing

Digital screen printing blends traditional screen printing with advanced digital technology to deliver high-quality prints. The process begins with a screen-printed white base followed by a digital printer that applies all the colors at once. This technique is perfect for smaller orders with full color artwork, but large orders with full color artwork as well.

Private Labeling

Custom Screen Printed Neck Tags

Custom screen-printed neck tags are a key part of our retail finish service which offer a professional look for your brand merchandise. We can screen print any design you choose, but the most popular options typically feature your brand or company name, garment size, a slogan, website, and care instructions. Most brands prefer this method over woven labels, because most customers find woven tags uncomfortable. We print a gray ink for neck tags since it’s subtle to not show through fabric while being visible on a variety of garment colors.

Most Popular

Plastisol Screen Printing

Plastisol screen printing is the most popular and best technique for creating designs on apparel. We use premium plastisol inks that create vibrant colors with sharp details ensuring designs pop. Our screen prints stay bright and won’t crack or fade in washes. Most importantly, the detail we can achieve with these inks is remarkable and are the reason why we are the nations #1 choice for custom screen printed apparel

Custom Embroidery

Most Popular

Traditional Embroidery

Traditional embroidery is the most common method used on embroidered garments. It uses run stitches to “fill in” areas of a design and is often paired with a satin stitch for polished borders. For text-based designs, like the tan and brown hat shown to the left, a 100% satin stitch will be used, but more complex designs like the black hat on the right combines both techniques. If you have a preferred embroidery style let us know and we’ll make it happen!

Raised

3D Puff Embroidery

3D puff embroidery, also known as raised embroidery, creates a look that makes designs pop. This technique is created by placing foam underneath the stitching which the embroidery machine covers in production. After the stitching is complete the foam is removed and the design is made "crisp" with a heat gun. 3D puff embroidery is most commonly used on hats, but it’s also great on dense fabrics like jackets.

Embroidered Patches

Patch Style Embroidery

Embroidered patches are made by embroidering a design onto fabric and then cutting it into shape. The patches can be applied to garments with sewing, adhesive or Velcro. Perfect to apply on hats, hoodies, t-shirts, and more. There are other types of patches available, but we don't create them. But, you can order & ship them to us for us to apply. We offer embroidery, heat press and seamstress services to apply patches.

Digital Screen Printing

Advanced Technology

Digital Screen Printing

Digital screen printing is a hybrid screen printing technique that combines traditional screen printing with digital printing technology. It begins with a screen-printed white base layer using water-based ink followed by a digital printer that applies all the colors. This technique is perfect for detailed designs like photographs and complex color blends that traditional screen printing may struggle with. Digital screen printing uses just one screen setup, so this makes it an efficient solution for projects with complex artwork and smaller orders.

Custom Decoration

Keep in mind that adding decoration locations will increase the price. For example, screen printing on the front and back is twice the expense of only printing on the front.

Screen Printed Neck Tags

Adding screen printed neck tags in your order is essential if you are a clothing brand, but keep in mind that it does increase the price a bit.

Custom Woven Labels

Add a professional appearance to your garment by adding custom woven labels. The price is minimal in comparison to the elevated look.

Custom Hang Tags

Hang tags promote your brand story and are worth the additional price in almost every scenario.

Heat Transfers

Direct To Film (DTF), Specialty Transfers, 3D Puff, & more

Heat Transfers

Heat transfers are a perfect option for a variety of projects. For example, if you'd like a design printed in a unique location, are decorating thin workout garments, or want a specialty appearance such as puff, silicone, rhinestone, glow in the dark and other unique options, then this is the technique to use. Our heat transfer production department can decorate locations on garments that screen printing & embroidery can't. This is because the print is placed on the machine by hand where as other techniques aren't able to operate the same way.
