Digital screen printing offers the quality of screen printing with the full-color capabilities of digital. This technique is perfect for detailed and full-color artwork such as photo-realistic prints. It’s a significantly faster process than direct-to-garment (DTG), is lower priced, and doesn’t use any chemicals like the pre-treatment found in DTG.

How Does Digital Screen Printing Pricing Work?

Digital screen printing pricing is based on just one factor which is the order’s quantity. This is a game-changing structure for the decoration industry because the number of colors and size of the print does not factor into the price. Please feel free to contact us for a quote request and we’ll show you how affordable this technique is especially on orders of at least 150 garments.

    When should I use digital screen printing?

    If your design is photo realistic that contains high amounts of detail, shading, or color, than we recommend digital screen printing your artwork. 

    Are there times where I shouldn't use this method?

    If your artwork is a simple 1-4 color vector design, we recommend using traditional screen printing for this order. 

    What fabric types can I print on?

    The best results are on 100% cotton t-shirts but we can also print on cotton/poly blends.

    Who makes the machine?

    It's made by a company called M&R and the machine is called the DS-4000™ Digital Squeegee® Hybrid Printing System.

    What is your minimum quantity?

    Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces for this service.

    What file types do you accept?

    We accept anything that is high quality including .PNG, .PDF, .PSD, .AI, .EPS, .JPG, and more. 300 resolution is most preferable.

    What is your maximum print dimensions?

    We can print your artwork up to 14.5" wide x 18.5" tall.
