Digital screen printing is a hybrid printing method that combines traditional screen printing and digital printing technology. The process starts with a screen printed water-based white ink base layer and then a digital printing machine prints all the colors.

      Ensure your order meets your expectations with these steps.

      Prepare Your Design

      Use high-quality files, preferably in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) or at least 300 DPI. Also, specify the size and placement of your design on the garment by creating a mockup.

      Choose Your Garments

      Check out our custom printed t-shirts and custom sweatshirts and hoodies pages to learn about the options available to you. Then, determine the colors and sizes you'd like in your order. Keep in mind that you can mix colors, sizes, and styles of garments within your order.

      Artwork Approval & Production

      When we receive the two steps above then we're able to create an artwork approval and quote. Once approved then we move to production and our average turnaround is 10 business days. We offer 24-hour rush service if you need a rush digital screen print order.

      How durable are prints from digital screen printing?

      Prints from digital screen printing are very durable as they are cured in a gas conveyor dryer for over 2 minutes 30 seconds and have identical washability to a traditional screen print that is properly cured.

      What kind of ink does digital screen printing use?

      It uses specially formulated digital inks that are designed to be compatible with the water based screen printing under base. We have tested hundreds of combinations and deliver the best durability and color vibrancy.

      What are the limitations of digital screen printing?

      A limitation of digital screen printing is that it can not Pantone color match. A plastisol spot color can be placed on the machine to overcome this limitation.

      Are there times I shouldn't use this process?

      If your artwork is a simple 1-4 color vector design, we recommend using traditional screen printing for your order. 

      What are your maximum print dimensions?

      We can digitally print your artwork as large as 14" wide x 17" tall.

      If you'd like to go up to 17" wide by 23" tall then our jumbo screen printing service is for you.

      Who manufacturers the machine?
