Raised 3D Ink

Puff Screen Printing

This technique is a favorite for adding a raised, three-dimensional texture to screen print designs. We mix plastisol ink with a puff additive and the magic happens when the ink is heated to 320 degrees in the dryer. This technique works best with midweight and heavy weight hoodies and sweatshirts since the thicker the fabric the better it looks.

Plastisol Screen Printing

Plastisol screen printing is the most popular technique for decorating hoodies and sweatshirts. The inks are designed to be vibrant on cotton, polyester, and blends. Plus, they capture details and blend together wonderfully. We can custom mix nearly any Pantone and these inks are able to withstand at least 35 washes without cracking or fading.

Jumbo screen printing is the newest service at Garment Decor and it's perfect for clothing brands in the streetwear scene or businesses wanting standout merchandise. We can print designs as large as 17.5” wide by 23.5” tall on the front of hoodies even if they have a kangaroo pocket. Best of all, we can print up to 10 vibrant colors including puff ink.

Since we do not create a screen for each color then we don't need to charge based on the number of colors in a design. Therefore, this is the most affordable way to print full-color designs.
