Tips When Placing A Custom Kangaroo Screen Printed Hoodie Print:
1. Choose the Right Hoodie
Choose a heavyweight hoodie with a smooth and flat kangaroo pocket to ensure the best printing surface and minimize distortion during the process.
2. Plan Your Design Carefully
Avoid designs that will be printed near and on the pocket, because fine details will be lost. Simple artwork and 1 to 2 color max colors work best.
3. Consider a light colored garment with dark colored ink
This would result in the best printing result since it’s just 1 – 2 colors of ink. With dark colored garments we need to screen print a base white below the colors in order for the colors to pop. But, with the kangaroo pocket in the way, it prevents a smooth printing surface, so there is more ink that becomes “distorted”.
