The Story

Simulated Process Screen Printing: Perfect for Detailed Designs

For this project, we used simulated process screen printing to bring the Fight Club design to life. This technique allows us to create detailed, full-color images on dark garments by blending plastisol inks in a way that mimics more expensive printing methods. The design featured 6 colors, including various shades of pink, tan, green, white, and red, which were carefully layered to achieve a dynamic and striking look.

The jumbo print on the front of the t-shirt was the star of the show, but we didn’t stop there—additional artwork on the back completed the design, giving the t-shirt an impressive 360-degree visual impact. The front and back designs worked together to create a bold, memorable piece that fans of the movie will love.

Premium Materials and Custom Finishing Touches

We chose the LA Apparel 1801GD t-shirt from our custom streetwear package deal in black for this project due to its heavyweight construction and high-quality feel. Not only does this shirt provide a durable canvas for printing, but it also offers comfort and a premium look that aligns with the iconic Fight Club brand.

As part of our retail finish service, we added custom screen-printed neck tags to each t-shirt, elevating the overall presentation. Custom neck tags are a great way to enhance your brand’s identity, offering a clean and professional touch that customers will notice.

Meeting Deadlines with Rush Production

With a tight deadline of just 2 business days, Garment Decor’s team worked quickly and efficiently to ensure the order was completed on time. We’re used to handling high-volume orders under pressure without sacrificing quality, and this project was no exception.

Our production workflow allowed us to rush screen print 150 t-shirts while maintaining our commitment to excellent craftsmanship. The result? A batch of t-shirts that perfectly met our client’s specifications and expectations.

Using our M&R Challenger 3 16/18 automatic screen printing press, we could meet the large order within the tight deadline.

To ensure the finished t-shirts reached the client without any delays, we utilized our courier delivery service. By delivering the products directly, we avoided potential delays from shipping services like UPS or FedEx, ensuring that the t-shirts arrived exactly when needed.
