Custom Jumbo Screen Printing and Tonal Embroidery on IND420XD Independent Hoodie

Recently, we completed a customization project for the Independent Trading IND420XD Premium Hoodie, combining tonal embroidery on the front with jumbo simulated process screen printing on the back.
Front Tonal Embroidery
The front design features a black-on-black tonal embroidery, achieving a sleek, minimalistic look on the black hoodie. This technique is ideal for clients seeking subtle yet premium branding. For this project, we used Madeira Polyneon black thread, which offers a smooth, durable finish while maintaining a refined tone-on-tone appearance.
Back Jumbo Simulated Process Screen Printing
The back design brought the hoodie to life with a jumbo simulated process screen printing technique. This vibrant artwork features a stunning space design with planets, an astronaut, and multiple colors. Our simulated process printing method allowed us to reproduce the intricate details and bright colors of the space-themed artwork, creating a visually striking result.
To achieve this, we used our M&R Challenger 3 16/18 automatic screen printing presses, with jumbo printing, ensuring precise, vibrant, and durable results for large bulk orders.
