   Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
   All tags and original packaging must be intact.
   Items must be free of stains, damage, or alterations.
3. Non-Returnable Items
   Custom-made or personalized items (including embroidered or made-to-order pieces)
4. Clearance or final sale items

   Any item that has been worn or washed.
