We don't usually accept returns when it's not our fault, but we know mistakes happen. That's why we try to accommodate as many returns and exchanges as we can - even some that aren’t our fault.

How long it will take UPS, Fedex, or USPS to deliver after your order is made
Upload whatever you have: We accept all format types including .eps, .png, .pdf, .jpg, and more.
Free Artwork Clean, Background Removal, and Small Design Edits: Included with every order
File Prep: Our team of designers prepare your file for production which includes removing the background and making changes you need.
Artwork Proof: We’ll send you a final proof for you to approve 24-48 hours after you order that will include imprint size, colors, and placement.
Artwork: You can make changes to your artwork after you order. We’ll send you a proof to confirm and we will only start production until your 100% satisfied.
Blank Product: Changes aren’t allowed after you order. Please order a sample if you want to test fabric quality and sizing. We can also offer advice if you give us a call.
Take a photo and then send us an e-mail to email@example.com. We’ll refund you the cost of the damaged item(s).
Blank Item: If you are unsure about the quality of garments you are ordering, we recommend placing a blank sample order. We are unable to refund orders based on material expectations.
Artwork: If your order differs in size (inches) or color from your artwork proof, we will re-make it.
If you don’t approve your proof after you place your order, we’ll give you your money back in full.
You will receive an e-mail immediately after placing your order with an invoice and order details. You will receive an artwork approval e-mail 24-48 hours after that.
