  • If the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item, size, or a manufacturing defect), we’ll cover the return shipping — no questions asked.

  • If the return is due to buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or any non-defect reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
