The Screen Printing Artwork Approval Process

Before we started printing the tote bags, KMU Clothing went through a rigorous artwork approval process. Our team worked closely with them to make sure that their vision for the project was realized. First, they sent us their artwork. Then, our design team put together a digital mockup of what the finished product would look like. Once they approved the digital mockup, we moved on to the printing process.

The Screen Printing Process

Our automatic screen printing equipment is our standard choice of equipment regardless if we print on tote bags or t-shirts. More importantly, the ink we use is fade-resistant, so the tote bags will look great wash after wash.

We printed 150 tote bags in just 12 business days. Best of all, because we offer low minimums, KMU Clothing only had to order 150 tote bags to reach their target price. There are definitely more affordable tote bags available, but they didn’t want to sacrifice quality.
