We recently completed an exciting project for a client who needed custom embroidered hats with a bold finish. Using the OTTO CAP 31-069 5 Panel Mid Profile Baseball Cap, we delivered 450 hats in just four business days with our rush embroidery service. These caps featured 3D puff embroidery on the front panel in green thread to match the brim, along with a logo embroidered on the side. The green/white combination of the OTTO CAP 31-069 provided a clean and professional look, with the green brim tying perfectly into the puff embroidery thread. To ensure the highest quality, we used Madeira Polyneon threads and relied on expert digitizing services by Vitor Digitizing to create precise, durable, and eye-catching results.

We are powered by Barudan Embroidery Machines with a total of five machines that have six heads each.

Sample Before Production
We ensured our client was completely satisfied by following our sample before production process which includes text and email photos of the first hat. This step allowed for full approval of design placement, thread colors, and quality before production began.
