Combining 3D Puff and Regular Plastisol Inks for Dimension

For this project, we applied 3D puff ink in select parts of the design and standard plastisol ink in others, creating a dynamic, two-dimensional look that adds visual interest and depth to the t-shirt. The 3D puff ink provides a raised, textured effect that contrasts with the flat, smooth finish of the plastisol ink, enhancing the overall appearance. This layered technique is ideal for designs requiring extra emphasis, and our skilled team ensured each ink type was applied with precision, creating a cohesive look.

Our state-of-the-art equipment, including our M&R Challenger 3 16/18 automatic screen printing presses, allowed us to execute this design with accuracy and speed. For brands needing ready-for-retail products, Garment Decor also offers retail finishing services. This includes screen printed neck tags for added branding, poly bagging, and size stickers.
