Simulated Process Screen Printing for Vibrant Designs

For this project, we employed simulated process screen printing, a technique perfect for creating detailed designs with smooth color transitions. Using 6 different screen printing colors, we captured the full vibrancy of the artwork, making it pop on the Los Angeles Apparel 1801GD t-shirts.

The Los Angeles Apparel 1801GD t-shirt is known for its heavyweight, garment-dyed cotton, which is perfect for screen printing. The fabric holds ink exceptionally well, ensuring that the colors remain bold and vibrant, whether the t-shirt is white, black, or tan.

Retail Finishing: Custom Neck Tags and Poly Bags

Since these t-shirts were going to be sold in retail stores, we provided full retail finish service. This included screen printed neck tags, which gave the shirts a clean, professional look while removing the discomfort of traditional sewn-in tags. Additionally, we packaged each shirt in custom poly bags, keeping them protected and ready for display.
