Custom Digital Squeegee T-Shirts For "The Office"

We recently had the pleasure of working with the TV show “The Office” on a custom t-shirt project.

They were looking for photo-realistic prints of their character “Stanley” on t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, and long sleeves. In total, this project consisted of 550 custom-printed garments.

With our awesome new digital squeegee, we were able to deliver exactly what they were looking for!

This new technique is great because it uses no pre-treatment, uses softer water-based inks over direct-to-garment printing, the turnaround is quicker, and we can make the pricing significantly more affordable. 

How We Did It

We’ll first ask for your logo and we’ll take it from there! If you have it in 300 DPI resolution and saved in Vector or PNG then this will be best. Check out our blog post if you’d like to read screen printing and embroidery artwork guidelines.
