HOW IS MY PRICE DETERMINED?


Your all-inclusive price is primarily determined by three things:

  1. -The product you select.
  2. -The total quantity of items in your order.

-The # of colors within your design.

Savings tip: The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order and/or reducing the number of colors in your design. We offer bulk order discounts so the more you order, the cheaper it gets. 

What are your minimums?


We offer multiple services that each carry its own minimums. 

  • Direct to Garment Printing: No Minimum
  • Name & Numbering: No Minimum
  • Embroidery: 12 Pieces
  • Screen printing: 25 Pieces
  •  

Our minimum is on a per order basis meaning you can mix n' match colors and sizes within your order as long as the total quanity meets our minimum order.

What is your turn around time?


Our standard turn around time is 7 business days from when you place your order or when you agree to the artwork approval.
Additional services including relabeling, packaging, 3D puff, multi location, and complex artwork will increase the turnaround time. We offer rush services though additional fees do apply. If you need your order by a specific date, we'll guarantee it gets in your hands! 

WHAT FILE TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?


We accept all file formats including jpg, png, psd, ai, eps, and pdf.

For the most optimal results, files should be vector form; we prefer: EPS, AI or PDF.

For non-vectored files, we recommend 300dpi or larger in one of the following formats PSD, TIFF, PNG, or JPG.

Our design lab can determine the quality of the file you upload. We recommend

DO YOU OFFER RUSH PRODUCTION?


Yes! Since we do the manufacturing in-house, we can control how fast we get things done. We offer 1 day production on our direct to garment printing, and we offer 3 day production on our screen printing and embroidery services. 

wHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?


Garment Decor accepts cash, checks, wire transfers, credit cards, and paypal as acceptable forms of payment. 

Payment is to be made in full upon placement of your order. 

Garment Decor offers 50% down payment options with a signed credit card authorization form. 

what are the care instructions?


In order to ensure image longevity and vibrancy, we recommend machine wash cold, tumble dry low for all printed garments.

Do not iron over the decoration. This is very important and will ruin your print. 

Do you offer PMS color matching?


Yes, we offer pantone color matching.  Simply provide us the pantone number during the checkout process and our team will make the appropriate changes.

Disclosure: Even with the most accurate color matching tools available, it’s important to understand that a perfect match might not always be possible due to factors beyond our control such as garment material.

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN ITEMS?


Yes, we allow customer supplied garments (CSG). We request an itemized list of each style, color, size, and quantity being delivered. We will check ­in the delivered quantity with the stated order quantity to ensure the proper amount has been received. 

aRE THERE pLACEMENT VARIANCES?


Yes, small variations should be expected. A 3/4 inch standard deviation in either direction is considered acceptable and is an industry standard. This will naturally occur when centering a logo on the product and should be expected.
